Abstract

To improve the quality of reading the Qur'an, at least two important things are interrelated, namely the quality of an educator and the learning methods used. In addition to quality and methods in the learning process, students are also needed. The focus of the research is on how the implementation and implementation of the Qiroati method in improving the ability to read the Qur'an in the Raudatul Jannah Qur'an Education Park (TPQ) Sekotong District. The purpose of this study is to describe the implementation and implementation of the Qiroati method. This research was conducted at the Raudatul Jannah Al-Qur'an Education Park (TPQ) in Taman Baru Village, Sekotong District. The research approach used is qualitative, with the type of field research. Determination of subjects using purposive sampling. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis uses data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. Data validity using source triangulation. The results concluded that the implementation of the Qiroati method in improving reading the Qur'an at the Raudatul Jannah Qur'an Education Park (TPQ) Taman Baru Village, Sekotong District includes planning, implementation, and evaluation. The implementation of the Qiroati method in improving reading the Qur'an at the Raudatul Jannah Al-Qur'an Education Park (TPQ) Taman Pendidikan Al-Qur'an (TPQ) in Taman Baru Village, Sekotong Subdistrict by introducing children to letters with fathah characters classically by introducing one letter first, for example (alif) using large card props until the children really master it.
