Implementation of Arabic Language Learning Using 'I Love Arabic' Textbook in Grade VI

Abstract
Textbooks as a teaching resource in the learning process are an important element that influences the success of learning. Because one of the functions of textbooks is so that students can master the material in a complete and integrated manner. Good textbooks refer to the applicable curriculum and are in accordance with educational objectives. The materials arranged in textbooks should be in accordance with the applicable curriculum. However, it was found that textbooks were not in accordance with the curriculum and caused problems, namely that educators had difficulty creating lesson plans and implementing learning that was in accordance with the curriculum objectives. The purpose of this research was to determine the implementation of Arabic language learning using the Arabic textbook 'Aku Cinta Bahasa Arab' grade VI elementary school. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach with a case study design. This research data was obtained through semi-structured interviews, observation and documentation. The result of the research was that Arabic language learning using the textbook 'I Love Arabic' in class VI went well. This can be seen from the observations of researchers directly during learning that the strategies and methods used by educators are associated with the content of the material listed in the textbooks. Arabic skills at the elementary school level are focused on listening and speaking skills, this is found in the learning, for example conducting conversational text dialogues listed in books, memorizing vocabulary contained at the end of book pages and training students by answering questions in books orally.
