The development of information and communication technology has changed the method of da'wah from traditional to digital. Social media, especially Instagram, has become an important means of da'wah for Islamic students. The flow of media has become uncontrolled due to massive posts but not balanced with positive things, this has become a trigger for Islamic students to further increase literacy through Instagram media as a means of da'wah. This study aims to examine the use of Instagram as a digital da'wah medium by PAC IPNU-IPPNU Kalipuro, Banyuwangi. A qualitative descriptive approach was chosen to gain an in-depth understanding of digital da'wah practices. Data were collected through interviews with administrators and social media teams, observations of Instagram accounts, and content documentation studies and activity reports. Instagram was chosen because of its popularity among the younger generation and ease of interaction. The optimization carried out includes the presentation of relevant content, aesthetic visualization, two-way interaction, and integration of local values. The findings show that creative, adaptive, and local culture-based digital da'wah can be an effective model in conveying religious messages in the era of social media.
