However, character also exists in each individual from birth. Good character can be formed through education, one of which is through character education in schools. To make it happen, it can be done by instilling character values in students. One of the characters that must be formed from an early age is the character that cares for the environment. The formation of a caring character for the environment can be started from the school environment by keeping the school clean. By getting used to students protecting the school environment, students will care about the environment around them. Programs that are usually carried out in schools have elements of K3 (cleanliness, beauty, neatness), including pickets together in classrooms and in the school environment as well as learning to care for plants and take care of them. This program aims to strengthen and increase awareness activities of students in schools in order to keep the environment clean and take care of the surrounding plants. Because with a clean school environment, it will make students and teachers comfortable in carrying out teaching and learning activities.
2025-07-21T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 Jurnal Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat Al-Aminhttps://ejournal.staialamin.ac.id/index.php/pengabdian/article/view/270The Importance of Youth Education and Awareness to Prevent Early Marriage at Al-Hamidy Islamic Boarding School in Kebon Talo, Labuan Tereng Village, Lembar District2025-01-11T06:37:24+00:00Budimanbudiaboed17@gmail.comHusaen Sudrajathusaen.sudrajat@gmail.comFatmawatifatmadikla@gmail.comMuh Asroruddin al-Jumhuriasror.fakod@gmail.comM. During adolescence, humans cannot be called adults, but they cannot be called children either. Adolescence is a transitional period from childhood to adulthood, marked by various physical, cognitive, and psychosocial changes. Early marriage is a marriage contract conducted at an age below the legal requirement. Law No. 16 of 2019 amending Law No. 1 of 1974 on marriage states that marriage is only permitted if both the man and woman have reached the age of 19. This socialization activity aims to provide students with an understanding of the importance of education and the negative impacts of marriage conducted under the legal age. This outreach program uses lecture, discussion, and question-and-answer methods. Participants in this socialization program were approximately 50 students from grades IX MTS and XII MA, who gathered in one room to actively participate in the socialization. Based on the results of this socialization session, some students were less active in discussions but still followed the event attentively. Meanwhile, some students actively participated both in discussions and in answering questions from the presenter. The students understood the importance of education, knew the legal age for marriage, and were aware of the negative consequences of marrying underage.
2025-07-28T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 Jurnal Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat Al-Aminhttps://ejournal.staialamin.ac.id/index.php/pengabdian/article/view/437Altman Z-Score Analysis to Detect Financial Distress in Palm Oil Plantation Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange2025-09-08T16:21:53+00:00Nurlaila Fitrianifitrianinurlaila12@gmail.comWawan Andang Saputrassonofbiak@gmail.com
The palm oil industry is a vital pillar of the Indonesian economy, yet companies in this sector often face financial distress risks. This study explores the financial condition of palm oil plantation firms listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange using the Altman Z Score method. Four key financial ratios, WCTA, RETA, EBITTA, and BVETL, were applied in the analysis. The sample was determined through purposive sampling and included sixteen companies with sixty four financial observations covering the years two thousand twenty to two thousand twenty three. Data were collected from annual reports and processed using Microsoft Excel, producing scores that classified companies into safe, grey, or distress zones. The results reveal that most firms maintained stability. In two thousand twenty three, seventy five percent of firms were in the safe zone, thirteen percent in the grey zone, and thirteen percent in the distress zone. Eleven firms consistently remained safe, one stayed in the grey zone, one persistently distressed, while three shifted between categories. These findings demonstrate that the Altman Z Score is not only an analytical tool but also a practical guide for investors in evaluating risk and shaping accurate investment strategies
2025-07-30T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 Jurnal Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat Al-Aminhttps://ejournal.staialamin.ac.id/index.php/pengabdian/article/view/438The Effect of Financial Ratios and Profit Growth on Stock Prices in Food & Beverage Manufacturing Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2019 to 20232025-09-08T16:31:20+00:00Mellinda Agustinamellindaagustina58@gmail.comWawan Andang Saputrassonofbiak@gmail.com
The stock prices of food and beverage companies often draw attention because this sector is considered resilient against economic fluctuations. This study aims to explore the factors that may influence stock price movements by focusing on five main aspects which are profitability, liquidity, solvency, inventory turnover, and earnings growth. The research was conducted on 15 manufacturing companies in the food and beverage sub sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period of 2019 to 2023 with a total of 75 observations. Samples were selected using purposive sampling and the data were processed with SPSS 25 through several stages including descriptive statistics, data quality tests, classical assumption tests, and multiple regression analysis. The findings indicate that profitability and earnings growth have a significant effect on stock prices. In contrast, liquidity, solvency, and inventory turnover do not show a meaningful impact. Nevertheless, when tested simultaneously, all five variables still contribute to stock price movements. This result highlights that external factors beyond the research model may play a more dominant role in shaping the stock performance of food and beverage companies.
2025-07-30T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 Jurnal Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat Al-Aminhttps://ejournal.staialamin.ac.id/index.php/pengabdian/article/view/439The Relationship Between the Fraud Hexagon Theory and the Detection of Financial Statement Fraud in Palm Oil Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange2025-09-08T16:57:45+00:00Tefannytefannyzhuang81@gmail.comWawan Andang SaputraSsonofbiak@gmail.com
Financial statement fraud remains a critical issue in the business world, particularly within the palm oil plantation sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). This study explores the role of the Fraud Hexagon framework in explaining the potential occurrence of financial statement fraud during the 2019–2023 period. The Fraud Hexagon emphasizes six key aspects: external pressure, ineffective monitoring, rationalization, director turnover, political connections, and CEO duality. The research employs a quantitative approach using logistic regression, with the Beneish M-Score model applied as a tool to detect possible financial manipulation. The sample consists of 17 companies observed over five years, resulting in 85 data points. Findings indicate that only rationalization, represented by total accruals to total assets (TATA), has a significant effect on financial statement fraud. In contrast, other variables such as leverage, independent commissioners, director turnover, political connections, and CEO duality do not show meaningful influence. These results highlight that earnings management through accruals serves as a crucial indicator in detecting fraudulent behavior, particularly within the Indonesian palm oil plantation industry throughout the study period.
2025-07-30T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 Jurnal Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat Al-Amin
