This program involved tenth-grade students at SMAN 4 Pamekasan. The activity was carried out in two sessions, each consisting of several stages, namely planning, action, observation, and reflection. The main objective of this program was to train students to improve their reading ability. The results of the interactive mentoring activity using the Jigsaw technique indicated that students initially felt unable to read English texts due to several factors, such as a lack of encouragement and motivation, limited vocabulary mastery, insufficient critical thinking skills, and difficulties in interpreting meanings appropriately based on English tense forms. However, most students found it easier to understand the content of reading texts through the Jigsaw technique, particularly in mastering reading skills using English.
2025-12-23T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2026 https://ejournal.staialamin.ac.id/index.php/pengabdian/article/view/568Sustainable Environmental Management As a Form Of Green Human Resource Optimization2026-01-02T06:27:40+00:00Siti Nur Aisahsitinuraisah958@gmail.comYusuf Rizal Fauziyusuf.rizal.fauzi@poliban.ac.id
Sustainable environmental management is a strategic approach to addressing the challenges of ecosystem degradation and global climate change. The concept of green human resources is key to fostering environmentally friendly and sustainability-oriented work behaviors. This community service activity aims to optimize the role of green human resources through education and training in sustainable environmental management for woven purun leaf or rattan MSMEs. The training methods used included workshops, mentoring, and the development of environmentally-based standard operating procedures (SOPs). The results demonstrated an increased understanding of green human resource principles among participants and their ability to implement work practices that support environmental conservation. However, many elementary school teachers still face limitations in knowledge and skills related to the pedagogical use of AI. Therefore, this community service activity aimed to enhance the competence of teachers at SD Negeri 18 Pangkalpinang in developing AI-based learning media that align with the characteristics of elementary school students. The activity was conducted on December 9, 2025, involving all teachers through training sessions, hands-on practice, mentoring, and reflection. The success of the program was measured through observations, interviews, and assessment of the learning media products developed by the teachers. The results indicate an improvement in teachers’ understanding and skills in selecting and utilizing AI applications, as well as increased creativity in producing more varied and relevant learning media aligned with instructional objectives. In addition, teachers demonstrated a more positive attitude and greater openness toward the use of technology in learning. This activity highlights the importance of practical and contextual AI utilization training in supporting learning transformation in elementary schools and contributing to sustainable improvement in educational quality.
2026-01-23T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 Jurnal Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat Al-Aminhttps://ejournal.staialamin.ac.id/index.php/pengabdian/article/view/589Assistance in Reading the Qur'an Using the Ummi Method at the Al-Amin Islamic Boarding School Foundation in Gersik, Kediri2026-01-25T15:08:08+00:00Andrian Firdausandrianfirdaus664@gmail.comAdi Purnama Jayapurnamaa098@gmail.comFathul Azizafathulaziz29@gmail.comEfa Ariskaefariska937@gmil.comShafira Indrianishafiraindriani31@gmail.comLisa Seftianiseptianilisa65@gmail.comKhairatun Faizahizzahizza88@gmail.comHerna Dwi Rahmawatihernadwir@gmail.comRahmawatirahmawati241022@gmail.comInda Rizkianaputriinda0804@gmail.comMarianierlinkaramoy908@gmail.com
This assistance aims to determine children's ability to read and write the Koran in the village of Kotodua, Sungai Full City, Jambi Province. The community is expected to be able to read the Indonesian language well so that they can quickly obtain information related to regional potentials through various articles, books, and other sources. As a medium for understanding the religion of teaching Arabic, in this case, learning to read the Holy Qur'an is an obligation for the people of Molantadu Village, who are 100% Muslim. This service activity applies different learning methods adapted to the objectives of each exercise. Eradication of Indonesian and Arabic scripts using the Iqra method is "door-to-door teacher." With this method, it is hoped that people aged 30-50 years who are illiterate in Indonesia are not ashamed to learn because of their age, and the places and friends to study are only their neighbors. The Indonesian literacy method is "reading with punctuation." In this activity, children of primary school grades 4, 5, and 6 will be taught Indonesian according to their learning needs but using a variety of fast and easy learning methods as well as fun learning media related to the topic of using 'punctuation' properly and correctly. Arabic literacy will use the "IQRA" method. This method is easier to use for learning to read Arabic because the syllables used for letter recognition are in Indonesian. So, everyone who reads Indonesian fluently will find it easy to learn to read Arabic using this method. This Arabic literacy activity has collaborated with the local Al-Quran Study Center (TPQ). With these different learning methods, the study service participants will be able to face every level of society as good partners when they return to their respective villages. Also, with a Dasawisma-based system, namely learning in groups according to Dasawisma residents or per ten households for each group. This has facilitated program implementation and can directly contact program targets.
2026-01-27T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 Jurnal Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat Al-Aminhttps://ejournal.staialamin.ac.id/index.php/pengabdian/article/view/598Environmental Management of Kereng Bangkirai Forest in Palangka Raya City, Central Kalimantan2026-02-19T13:26:24+00:00Muh.
