Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the concept, implementation and obstacles of scientific integration in PAI learning. The research method in this study is descriptive-qualitative. The subjects of this research are students from SMP Satu Atap 2 Kediri. The data sources used in this research are primary and secondary data sources. The data collection techniques used by researchers are: observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study revealed that the concept of scientific integration in PAI learning is by integrating religious science and general science through the curriculum, integrating religious science and general science through the syllabus and integrating religious science and general science through assignments. PAI teachers carry out scientific integration in the PAI learning process through several stages, namely analyzing SK-KD mapping of basic competencies, preparing lesson plans and learning methods and implementing learning. The obstacles faced by teachers in schools in implementing the concept of scientific integration in PAI learning, namely the lack of resources and the diverse level of understanding of students. The way PAI teachers overcome these obstacles is by finding creative solutions, adapting to existing conditions, and remaining committed to providing the best learning for students within the framework of scientific integration.
