This study aims to describe the implementation of the Boarding School Book as a guideline for guiding students at the Nurul Haramain NWDI Narmada Islamic Boarding School. The Boarding School Book contains guidelines on basic values such as independence, sincerity, discipline, Islamic brotherhood, and simplicity, which form the foundation of Islamic boarding school education. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, collecting data through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The results show that the implementation of the Boarding School Book is carried out systematically through integrated guidance activities, starting from the orientation of new students, strengthening learning motivation, habituating daily behavior, enforcing discipline, to leadership guidance through student organizations. Each field finding is supported by relevant literature, reinforcing that habit formation, role modeling, and the active involvement of all pesantren components are key to the successful internalization of these values. This study confirms that the Boarding School Book is not merely a regulatory document, but a guide to life that shapes the character of students as a whole.
