The Principal's Role in Implementing the Merdeka Curriculum

This study aims to describe the role of the principal in implementing Merdeka Curriculum in PAUD units at Pelangi Nusantara 09 Wonosobo Kindergarten. The approach used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation studies. The results showed that the principal has an important role in planning, organizing, implementing, and monitoring and evaluating the Merdeka Curriculum. Supporting factors for implementation include teacher enthusiasm, parent involvement, and training from the education office, while inhibiting factors include limited teacher understanding and resources.
