In the era of globalization and the Industrial Revolution 4.0, literacy is not only limited to the ability to read and write, but also includes critical understanding of culture, citizenship, and social sensitivity. Cultural and citizenship literacy has become an important aspect in shaping character and national identity from an early age. This research aims to describe the implementation of cultural and citizenship literacy in early childhood at RA Masyithoh Sudagaran Sapuran. The research method used is qualitative descriptive with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The research results indicate that the implementation of cultural and citizenship literacy at RA Masyithoh has been carried out through various activities such as traditional games, community service, making batik with tissue, and wearing traditional clothing. Learning is conducted using demonstration methods and contextual learning, although the implementation is not yet fully even. Supporting factors for the program's implementation include teacher commitment, school support, and parental involvement. Meanwhile, the main barriers faced are limited resources, time, and a lack of professional training for teachers. Therefore, there is a need for the development of varied learning media, continuous teacher training, and synergy between schools, families, and the community to strengthen cultural and citizenship literacy in early childhood
